Latest update: They returned PCB but then their technician is pointing that motor is faulty. Still without Air conditioner.
Giving up now. Buying a new one.

Consumer is left to suffer in India
@RelianceDigital @ResQ_in took parts of my AC 2 weeks ago in peak summer. Their technician LEFT THE COMPANY. Parts still with them. Zero updates.
This is how they treat extended warranty customers. ๐งต
4/ Their first actual reply after 10 days? "We can't find you in our system. Please share your invoice."
It's peak summer in Mumbai. No AC. No accountability. No shame.

@RelianceDigital I am still without AC!!
Technician visited 2 days later & found issue in the coil and took it back with him. He said the coil will be fixed in 2 days and AC would be functioning. I am still waiting on it.
Surprisingly even customer support team isnโt responding!
Contacted jeeves and flipkart for AC problem, as we had warranty against it.
We were put through varied levels of customer support lines and were last assured that our problem will be resolved.
