इसमे भी सबसे महँगा कार्य घर बनाना है, और बिल्डर पैसा लेकर भाग जाता है, RERA जैसे संस्थानों को कुछ समझता नहीं, तब तक आदमी के चल बसने का समय हो जाता है।
