Has Maria been fired or is it company policy to ignore your customers ? I have emailed her constantly but incredibly she’s ignoring me. Cancelled flights were in July 2024.

@wizzair what an absolute sham of a company and customer service. Nothing from Maria and this budget airline and the clues in the name. £1.85 a minute to call them. No replies. Not quite budget when the flights cost £1200. Can’t even add up.
