Guys, which bank do you use? I’m seriously frustrated with @Nedbank. I keep seeing transactions I don’t recognize and debit orders being declined without clear reasons. When I call for assistance, I’m told to replace my card at a cost. On top of that, I’m charged R11 for every ATM withdrawal, even when withdrawing as little as R20 at a @Nedbank ATM.

After more than 11 years with the bank, this level of service is disappointing. I’m considering switching and would appreciate your recommendations.
