@KumarXclusive@WisdomMonkey1 His Hinglish or Tinglish is pretty bad, lol. 😂 I don’t laugh at people who are genuinely trying to improve - that’s growth. I laugh at the Grammar Avengers who think perfect writing matters more than actual communication and intention.
@KumarXclusive Honesty and ethics don’t seem to matter these days - race, deception, fraud, and ignorance take center stage. Grifters may call you a grifter, but I see you standing for what’s right beyond race or nationality. Keep fighting and ignore those who fear losing their power to deceive
@Station_Xray@FlagUSANetwork I interviewed with Infosys months ago. I had a hard time understanding the accents of almost all seven interviewers. They refused to turn on their cameras while requiring me to keep mine on. I ended the interview, telling them they were the most unprofessional people I’d ever met
@Anna119657 @FlagUSANetwork@Walmart@Walmarttech@grok Walmart will not hire H-1Bs directly but will subcontract to body shops, which is even worse. Walmart and cheap H-1Bs always win. America and Americans lose.
@KumarXclusive Same here. My son graduated with a STEM degree almost three years ago but still hasn’t been able to find a job. He’s been doing DoorDash on and off. I was unemployed for over a year myself and only found work recently after accepting a job that pays half of what I used to make.
@War4theWest The only reason I voted for Trump was that previous presidents did not address the H-1B issue. I was laid off three times after many years in IT, while colleagues on H-1B visas kept their jobs. The same happened to my son; he has been unemployed since earning his IT degree.
@KumarXclusive These companies now hold interviews with large panels, sometimes up to eight people. One of these companies had eight interviewers with cameras off while I had to keep mine on. I refused to continue; it was one of the most unprofessional interviews I’ve experienced.
@KumarXclusive I’ve noticed the same thing almost every day - genuine, qualified individuals are being sidelined and left without work, while those with fake resumes and little to no experience continue to get opportunities.
@krause53391@honestpollster My son earned a STEM degree two years ago, but despite his efforts, he still hasn’t been able to find a job in his field and has been delivering for DoorDash. Meanwhile, some of our foreign neighbors, with just a month of training and questionable resumes, have secured IT jobs.
@VBierschwale You’ll often come across posts like these all over LinkedIn. Many of them feature fake degrees or fabricated resumes. These individuals contribute to the decline of IT wages in the U.S.
@adampmorgan@ACTBrigitte If other nations can't produce certain products, they'll buy them regardless of the price. But if they have the ability to produce on their own, they should do so to avoid dependency. The U.S. shouldn’t fear other countries' progress.
@VBierschwale I'm one of those immigrants who came to this country legally, became an American, and now I’m fighting for fellow Americans and my family who depends on me. I don’t harbor hatred toward anyone, but I’ve long realized what’s happening in America and how it’s depriving its people.
