However, the package delivered was wrong. I was delivered only one unrelated book, for which I requested a return.

I was charged Rs. 401.00, while the display offer was Rs. 300.00 indicating validity from 02/02/2024 to 24/02/2024.

There is a problem in filing the ITR of ancestral HUF. The default D.O
C. is 01/01/0001. However, the utility (both online and offline) is automatically changing it to 01/01/2001.
As a result, we are not able to file the ITR for the HUF.
Please rectify.

Refund failed due to closure of bank account. Assessee has received the letter intimating the same vide DIN - CPC/2021/G3/157850568.
However, service request for refund reissue could not be registered as the website still does not acknowledge refund failure.
