I would like to thank H.E. @PaulKagame, @FirstLadyRwanda and my counterpart General Mubarakh Muganga for the very warm welcome our delegation received in Rwanda. We had excellent discussions about our bilateral relations. Uganda-Rwanda relations are stronger and warmer than ever. We thank our two Presidents H.E.@KagutaMuseveni and H.E.@PaulKagame for their enlightened leadership of our two brotherly countries. Murakarama.
This character has been already exposed in many shady cases … with “The Family Business
Blending his personal interests with the public interest, Massad Boulos has
become a poster child for Donald Trump’s White House” being one of them… he’s been essentially making up stories to force a reality that only existed in his wishes or projections…
Take “Doha” … he got it signed, he never cared to have it put in concrete actions… so he organized Washington Agreements… knowing that Doha hadn’t even started… and Washington couldn’t be a success beyond the signature if Doha hadn’t started to be executed…
- one of the first action points was “ceasefire”
- another was release of prisoners…
- the fundamental was negotiations/discussions of the “root causes” of the conflict…
None of this ever happened… so since there was no ceasefire during the Washington Agreements, and even less after, when Uvira fell… this man was fast to designate a culprit, a scapegoat… Tshisekedi hadn’t respected any of his commitments, nor ceasefire nor dismantling of the FDLR … yet @US_SrAdvisorAF got “sanctions” against Rwanda signed off … but the more he’s pushing in the opposite direction than the one leading to the resolution of the conflict, the more he pushes the public opinion to see him as part of the problem and preventing ultimately the region to find peace and enjoy adequate governance which leads to “the prosperity” as mentioned in the Washington Agreements…
This video is another evidence… how can one remain in “drafts” and at same time abusing “sanctions” …
Personally… with the mileage already behind me…. I’d say this smells and tastes like “corruption” …

President Kagame: "I can't afford to behave the way you want me to behave in dealing with this problem.
Please, also understand us and understand the people you are dealing with.
We are not the same old idiots you dealt with fifty years ago.
We are not. Not at all, not anywhere near to that."
The enemy tried to break our community, divide us, and tear us apart — but he did not win. Today, the Tutsi-Banyamulenge & others communities can sing together again, standing as one in #Minembwe
Even with the failures of some leaders and representatives, our hope remains in unity, truth, and God’s faithfulness. Let us choose unity & reconciliation. God save our leaders🙏🙏🙏@SecRubio@US_SrAdvisorAF@bbisimwa@Fkaniki
RWANDA BYPASSES THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ WITH A NEW ENERGY DEAL WITH OMAN
Starting next month, Rwanda will begin importing refined petroleum and related products directly from Oman's OQ Trading under a government-to-government agreement, reducing reliance on supply chains exposed to disruptions around the Strait of Hormuz.
Combined with new fuel import agreements with Kenya and Tanzania, Rwanda is removing middlemen, increasing import volumes through East African ports and strengthening energy security.
The reforms are also expected to ease supply pressures and help bring down fuel prices after Rwanda recently recorded some of Africa's highest pump prices. #FactsOnRwanda
