What was your last meal at a restaurant? Mine was @pascalandsabine. Escargot, Mr. Smith cheeseburger and fries, and a chocolate espresso bombe.
I miss it. I miss restaurants.
We know we havenโt talked about our Employee Relief Fund lately, but HEREโS A COLORING PAGE FROM SONIC YOUTHโS .@leeranaldo THAT JUST GOT ADDED TO THE SHOP!!!! ๐ We donโt really even know what to say. Just... well... SONIC YOUTH.
Itโs yours to download for a $5 donation to our relief fund (link on our website). Weโre still sending money to our employees, so every little bit that you can continue to give helps out so much. 100% of your donations are passed along directly to our team members.
Weโre not sure when weโll be back, but itโll be long enough to make our collective hearts grow a little more fonder.

When weโre ready to share what weโve dreamt up, youโll hear it from the rooftops.

Until then, stay healthy and keep the spirit of the red balloon around.

Pascal & Sabine & What Comes Next
ย
These kinds of messages are becoming all too commonplace for restaurants right now, but after four days of pick-up, weโre pressing pause again in order to rethink how Pascal & Sabine can thrive moving forward.
Pascal was, and will be, a dine-in experience first and foremost. We learned a lot in our four days of service โ what did work and what didnโt โ and weโre looking at how we can best take this knowledge and readapt.
