These kinds of messages are becoming all too commonplace for restaurants right now, but after four days of pick-up, we’re pressing pause again in order to rethink how Pascal & Sabine can thrive moving forward.

Pascal was, and will be, a dine-in experience first and foremost. We learned a lot in our four days of service – what did work and what didn’t – and we’re looking at how we can best take this knowledge and readapt.
