استقبل الرئيس #نواف_سلام مدير مرصد الوظيفة العامة والحُكم الرشيد وأستاذ العلاقات الدولية في جامعة القديس يوسف البروفسور باسكال مونان على رأس وفد من شركاء المرصد.

وقد اطّلع الرئيس سلام من الوفد على نشاطات المرصد ومشاريعه، والتحضيرات الجارية لعقد مؤتمر حول مراقبة وتقييم الأداء في القطاع العام، في إطار الجهود المبذولة لتعزيز الشفافية والإصلاح الإداري.

واعلن الدكتور مونان بعد اللقاء:"أتينا لزيارة دولة الرئيس وأطلعناه على نشاطات المرصد ودعيناه لمؤتمر سنقيمه بمناسبة مرور عشر سنوات على تأسيس المرصد حول القدرات الوطنية للتقييم، والمؤتمر هو برعاية دولة الرئيس وأخذنا توجيهاته حول الأمر. وهذا دليل على أن العمل الذي نقوم به هو لبناء المستقبل وبناء مؤسسات الدولة، لأن تطوير القدرات الوطنية للتقييم خطوة أساسية لتعزيز فعالية السياسات العامة في #لبنان، وهي تساعد على تحسين إتخاذ القرار وتعزز الشفافية وتدعم الإصلاح الإداري من خلال تقييم برامج ومشاريع بناء على النتائج، كما أنها تشكل مدخلا أساسيًا لاعادة بناء الدولة ومؤسساتها على أسس حديثة.
