@PahadTiri Response from help desk is ask beneficiary bank your transaction timed out. Benny bank is not aware of the transaction and HDFC statement says transaction done.Should I consider my money is lost and can’t register grievance?

@HDFC_Bank I have a HDFC transaction that debited my HDFC account but did not credit the beneficent account. I am not getting appropriate support from HDFC can you help ?
