Today, I had the privilege of exploring The #ESTUARY #RESORT in #JOHNOBEY, which is 3 minutes drive from TAF SALONE micro-city, and let me tell you, it took my breath away!

The concept of "location, location, #location" has never been more important when it comes to #property #investment, and TAF #SALONE delivers on that front, with 15 resorts like this within a maximum 15-minute drive away! #tafsalone

Last night, I had the most delightful surprise when a talented young #Gambian artist by the name of Abdou Rahman Bah, @Bah_art_Designs , tagged me on social media. He created a stunning portrait of me using strings!

Moved by his talent and gesture, I called him right away to express my gratitude. I also asked him about compensation, as I wanted to ensure he was fairly rewarded for his incredible work. To my surprise, he humbly explained that he seeks more publicity than monetary gain, and he learned this art form through YouTube.

We promised to mobilize to site and start works by mid-October 2023, and guess what? We've done it one week ahead of schedule!

Over the weekend, I personally visited the breathtaking Taf #Salone Micro City site in John Obey with the @tafafricaglobal Surveyors. We worked tirelessly, demarcating the land and taking spot levels for the upcoming land clearing, which will commence this week.

I had the pleasure of visiting our new site in John Obey, #SierraLeone, where we have incredible plans to build 1225 #homes. While walking through the land with a client, he questioned what it would take to transform this parcel into the beautiful vision displayed on paper.
