This is the find of the cockroach protest. He humbles all of is us. Have listened to this 10 times. What do we do to ensure that he gets an opportunity to be a future leader? (I disagree with those who want to set him up with a small business) millions who agree with me- we can fund his future. !!
So emotional to see @mirabai_chanu crying on the podium after becoming the first female in history to win 3 Gold medals at the CWG. 4 medals overall at the CWG for her - 1 silver & 3 Golds. What an icon. What a legend. And how much it means to her. #CWG2026
This. 1000% this. When this nation turns a corner, I hope we remember what these anchors and channels did to normal, hardworking people, who couldn't afford to fight back.
This is not about the resignation of one individual.
It is about a generation of young Indians reminding us that in a democracy, those in public office ARE accountable to the people.
May this be the beginning of restoring trust.
The 76 year old @narendramodi sits in his palace making unwatchable Insta reels to try and somehow compete with Gen Z, while his government 1) shuts down 18 metro stations, 2) shuts down all roads to Central Delhi, 3) puts in internet jammers, 4) stops food supply to children in Jantar Mantar 5) gets Hindutva leaders to start abusing the kids 6) Brings in massive security forces to frisk, block and shove ordinary citizens. FAILED @narendramodi government.
The PELLET GUN story that has shaken up the political class and is likely to echo in Parliament : Good to see that tv news can still do stories that make an impact. Well done @vijaita of @the_hindu who was first to report this. And @InkSleuth of @IndiaToday who nailed it with documents. Asli Journalism zinda hai! 👍 https://t.co/rH8hTIiFs3
Before you rush to criticise @Wangchuk66, first pause to earn the ethos of fasting for 26 days for a cause larger than yourself.
He lies in the ICU today, having lost 11 kg, including muscle mass, because he chose sacrifice over comfort. The least we can offer him is a day of compassion before burdening him with our own expectations and political calculations.
Not everyone is qualified to judge a life of selfless service. One must first earn the moral stature to do so.
Please..Have a heart.
UPDATE: Delhi High Court allows @Wangchuk66 to be shifted to a hospital of his choice. What should have happened three days ago has finally happened—but only after the March to Parliament had ended. Surely every patient, and their family, has the right to choose where they receive treatment?
Multiple instances yesterday where protestors claimed that their phones were snatched and thrown by police (may be they were practising discus throw) I saw this particular senior police officer desperately trying to act like a Singham, he was ordering other
police officials to charge at kids who were merely standing. Utterly bad optics for Delhi Police, considered to be a professional force. #jantarmantar #CJP
Am getting a feeling that more than the government, it is the media that is on trial right now. And the level of rage is actually greater because while people elect a government, they pay for the media. Also, there's a greater tolerance for corruption in government.
Future doctors are quite capable of performing surgery on the education system. The scalpels first arrive in the minds. Never mistake higher education for a physical weakness. You can't have a system where those who must be respected are marginalised. Those who can ascend know how to defend and if need be, descend.
#cjp_पार्टी #CJPProtest
The sheer innocence. If Dharmendra Pradhan is watching- he will give up politics!! As for the paid haters spewing venom- do these look like anti nationals or kids worried about their future in India! 🇮🇳 ‘Where the mind is without fear … into the heaven of freedom… let my country awake’
🚨If the protest site’s been cleared and you need somewhere to sleep tonight- Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Rakab Ganj Sahib, Sis Ganj Sahib and other gurdwaras across Delhi have their doors open.
No questions asked. We have never once turned a person away at the door.
The #CJPprotest is seeing a siege of the Indian parliament by tens of thousands of angry young protesters on the #Neet paper leak and #education reforms but mainstream English TV news channels are focusing largely on the security arrangements and PM's appeal. Big exceptions have been @CNBCTV18Live and @wionnews, whose crews have gone to the protesters instead of standing behind barricades making superficial statements. @dharamjotk did a particularly sound sober yet focused wrap-up of what is on the ground.

Lamine Yamal on Lionel Messi after Spain’s FIFA World Cup triumph over Argentina.
🗣️ Lamine Yamal: “Tonight I lifted the World Cup for Spain, but I also experienced something I’ll tell my children one day. The man who once held me as a baby was standing on the other side of the pitch, fighting for the same dream. Football has a beautiful way of bringing stories full circle.”
“When I looked at Messi after the final whistle, I didn’t just see an opponent. I saw the player who made millions of kids, including me, believe football could be art. I saw the man whose videos I watched over and over, trying to copy things that nobody else could do.”
“I know this defeat will hurt him. You don’t play with that much passion, carry your country again and again, and lose a World Cup final without feeling pain. Even in defeat, he kept demanding the ball, creating chances and refusing to stop believing. That’s what champions do.”
“People will talk about Spain winning this World Cup, and they should. But they’ll also remember that, at an age when most legends have already retired, Messi was still making the world’s best defenders panic every time he touched the ball. That’s extraordinary.”
“The photo of Messi bathing me became one of football’s most iconic images. Today we took another picture together, but this time I could thank him face to face. Without players like him, kids like me wouldn’t dare dream this big.”
“One day another generation will replace mine too. That’s football. But there will never be another Lionel Messi. Records can be broken and trophies can be won, but inspiring an entire generation to fall in love with the game is something only a few people in history will ever achieve.”
“Tonight belongs to Spain. Tomorrow, the debates will continue. But my respect for Lionel Messi will never change. He didn’t need to win this final to prove who he is. For me, he’ll always be one of the greatest players football has ever seen, and sharing the pitch with him was a privilege I’ll carry for the rest of my life.”

🗣️ PV Sindhu says winning Japan Open is not about answering critics, but telling herself that she's still got it.
Validation, if you will. 😃

Hello Foodstories I am generally not in favour of platforms that promise delivery within two hours or so. But if you are going to make these extravagant promises & raise crores from investors by making them then it may be a good idea to keep to promised quick delivery times. Hundreds of other companies sell the same very ordinary products as you & do it far more efficiently.
The order is over an hour late now and no sign of the delivery or even a message about the delay. If this is the standard of the ‘quick delivery’ service you provide then your competitors will eat you alive
It’s now almost 8.15 and here’s what you had promised;
“We're delighted to confirm your order with us today. Your order 126869 will make it's way to you between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 19th July.
We hope you have enjoy writing your foodstories.”
