My wife hired a maid to help with the house and our kid.
On the first day, she told our child,

“Call her Aunty. Aunty sounds friendlier.”

Our kid asked, “Why?”
Mama said, Because Aunty is part of our family.”

For 15 years, Aunty was part of the family.

She never received a salary increase.
