There were actually 4 boys involved in the assault, one of them being 15. The victim was walking home when the boy on the left (Nunez) led her to a couch in the community gardens. The boy on the right (Jones) , the 15 yo (who hasn’t been ID’d) & another unidentified boy follows.

The 15 year old & Jones held the victim’s arms and legs before Nunez started sexually assaulting her. Before he committed the heinous act, he asked the other boys around him if he should “put it in”. The victim started yelling “STOP” and “I’m not playing!!” Very loudly and that’s when Jones shoved rocks into her mouth…then Nunez kept raping her for 30 minutes. the 15 yo also pulled down her bra and started fondling her while still holding her arms down.

A woman who heard the assault and saw the victim after the fact had her son (who wasn’t involved) call the 4th boy there who witnessed the whole thing (and did nothing to stop his friends). He told the son that what his mom witnessed “wasn’t like that”. He’s also the one who gave the detail about the 15 year old fondling the victim. The woman recorded the conversation and saved it for police.

The victim said that the boys only stopped their assault when they heard her father calling her name and looking for her. The cowards ran in the opposite direction. The 4th boy who sat and watched his friends assault that girl said that he did not intervene because he was “outnumbered and afraid of getting beat up”. Nunez and Jones are being charged as ADULTS (as they should) and facing charges for sexually battery, causing serious injury, and false imprisonment. Nunez is also being charged with kidnapping.

The 15 year old boy is being charged as a juvenile and hasn’t been identified because he’s not being charged as an adult. The article didn’t say if anything would happen to the boy who witnessed the crime but didn’t intervene. That poor girl…she was walking home from a friends house after an evening of hanging out and got assaulted. She’s just a kid, i really hope her dad gets her into therapy…she’s gonna need it. I hope those demon seed boys rot in hell.
