If this is how @NordenVW handles customer service on a daily basis, it’s no wonder why I don’t wanna shop there NOR take a vehicle in for repairs there; and I will definitely voice my concerns with my circle of friends/family/co-workers to ensure that they think twice about VW!

@BedBathBeyond I’ve been on hold for over 45 mins and web chat isn’t working so I can’t get through regarding an empty box shipped to me...where’s my dishes that were ordered????🤷🏻‍♀️

And webchat shows 851 in queue and so I wait and wait and wait to only get close to 51 in queue and then a blank white screen appears and nothing else happens...kinda hard to connect with someone don’t ya think...

Hey @BedBathBeyond I am very understanding about the wait times to connect with a Rep; HOWEVER, this is wearing out my patience when I’ve been trying both webchat and telephone and both disconnect me after waiting over an hour to connect with someone about my order everyday.

And it’s even more frustrating when you operate in the east and I’m out west, trying to connect with someone regarding broken dishes that were received, in my order. Waiting on the phone, wasting my minutes to be disconnected, out of the blue, after waiting for an hour each time.

@edmontonpolice @stjosephsaints @EdmCathSchools Well, 2 weeks have gone by and still no follow up call; and it seems like the students are mocking you, as there’s more proof to drugs being done regularly on school property...even after the so-called punishment was handed out.

And to find out,from my daughter,that after she spoke with the OBS Resource Officer at her school Friday,that his response to her was that he “don’t want to deal with me” is NOT acceptable.All calls should be followed up with, no matter what, cause you never know what it’s for.

@stjosephsaints @EdmCathSchools Let’s see if this gets your attention now as I’ve tried to call school but no answer. 3 female students (confirmed 2 are St Joe’s and 1 from AOB) in the female washroom next to the Braided Journey classroom rolling a joint on school property.

@edmontonpolice @stjosephsaints @EdmCathSchools and it’s nice to see that after calling the school 3 times to make you aware of the incident happening on school property with no option to leave a voicemail; and then trying to reach out in the morning to report it, not a callback.
