@Belastingdienst Is de schenker Nederlander? Dan hoeft u alleen aangifte schenkbelasting te doen als de schenker minder dan 10 jaar geleden naar het buitenland is verhuisd. Ben je in deze situatie ook geen schenkbelasting schuldig?
