@bbbrint @denisyurchak But you get nice pizzas, pastas, Aperol, coffee, Gellatto, best summers, beautiful girls and tons of other advantages

Now imagine paying the same 50% taxes and having the same shitty services + not having all Italian advantages + having poor weather 9/12 months a year 😁

[Denis / Backlinks - Digital PRs 🪐 Passive Sphere @PassiveSphere]

@denisyurchak Most Western European countries are more suitable for being an employee than doing business

Sad reality

Another week - another great backlink-building campaign for a client (SaaS):

- Highest DR - 87
- 65% of dofollow backlinks
- All acquired naturally through the content

This client chose a 35+ backlinks package
So we'll be launching new Digital PR campaigns until we hit the goal

@johnnycommits B2C can work well too but the system works differently

You need consistent marketing machine that will be driving you cheap clients in bulk

Selling to B2B clients with $5-50M annual revenue is way easier than selling $4.99 B2C subscriptions to random people

I've been working on B2B SaaS in the finance niche for over a year

Some clients are huge!
Like companies with $5-50M revenue

- They know their problems
- They come to you for solutions
- They have 2-3 questions
- They are not scared to spend hundreds $$$ on solutions
- No more questions asked as long as you keep solving their problems

@illyism Yeah, if you’re in 1% of whitelisted creators on x

[Denis / Backlinks - Digital PRs 🪐 Passive Sphere @PassiveSphere]

That’s why I’ll never share my SaaS to the founders community

Sell to people who barely use ChatGPT

[ILIAS ISM @illyism]

😅 @marclou inspired me by churning from Beehiiv to vibe-code his own newsletter tool

so when DataFast hit me with an upgrade popup yesterday, I pulled a Marc on Marc 😭

moved all 23 sites to my own Hetzner server in one morning:
🧰 backfilled 3.6M visitors + 7,600 Stripe/Polar payments across 23 sites
🚀 12x–225x faster queries (benchmarked from 1,152ms → 92ms)
📊 ripped out Recharts for native SVG (bundle 536kB → 96kB)
🔌 custom Stripe, Polar, GSC & ClickHouse connectors
🤖 direct MCP access for my coding agents
🇪🇺 100% first-party on EU Hetzner (no 3rd-party sub-processors, no GDPR headaches, no adblockers)
💸 $0/mo, unlimited events

honestly it's just more responsible to self-host your analytics anyway, you own the raw visitor + payment data instead of leaking it to a 3rd party and can ensure you fix all the latest security dependency issues and your Stripe keys don't leak and you can make improvements for your specific stack

he was right: once you have a server and an agent, you don't click "upgrade plan" anymore

SaaS-pocalypse

@lucaardito Not yet

A few months ago, my competitor offered $250k for my SaaS

Decent money to travel for 6+ months and find a new idea to work on

But at this time, I won't even sell my SaaS for 100x multiple

Because no one sells SaaS in the growth phase

You'll likely experience these phases too:

- beginning is really slow, you'll be figuring out your marketing channels a lot here

- growth phase. You figured out your marketing channels and are feeling a snowball effect. You're profitable and growing (I'm here now!)

- peak phase. Your marketing channels no longer grow your SaaS or you're even losing some MRR. You either need new marketing channels or sell your SaaS

Everyone wants to sell in the peak phase

So why should I accept a few candies instead of a full cake?

[Denis / Backlinks - Digital PRs 🪐 Passive Sphere @PassiveSphere]

My SaaS finally covers my family's expenses in full

Including travelling 3-5 times a year
In a week, we're heading to Asia for 35 days
We're a family of 4

There are maybe 30 competitors of my SaaS on the market,
some of them have exact landing pages,
and I keep finding new competitors every week

But I don't worry about competition at all
Building is like 1% of success these days

My SaaS ranks in the top positions on Google
AI snippets and ChatGPT mention my brand too

So why should I worry about 30 of those who can't market?

They have:
- no backlinks
- no decent onsite SEO
- no social audience
- no email lists

While I have all of those + a way better product I've been building for over a year

From now on, 97% of my backlink-building agency's profit will go to stocks

While my SaaS can secure our living

So if you want a successful business, you have to figure out your marketing channels asap

If you're just building, you'll lose like my 30 competitors

Think about this!

Your competitors will always try to offer lower prices than you do

But that strategy kills their SaaS immediately

Because you need cash to:
- keep improving a product
- marketing
- motivate yourself

So don't worry about such competitors
Worry about those who go hard on marketing

@denisyurchak EU is in complete darkness from Oct till March

But eurosummers are awesome

Especially in Italy, Greece

@yesadok thanks man!

[Denis / Backlinks - Digital PRs 🪐 Passive Sphere @PassiveSphere]

@wickedguro We're here to support each other, not to kill each other

wtf is going on with this world??

Guys, learn to talk! Before making stupid and childish decisions

[Denis / Backlinks - Digital PRs 🪐 Passive Sphere @PassiveSphere]

Greed is killing this company @NStoronsky

Revolut used to be a great product and a massive relief after dealing with traditional banks or PayPal

Time to switch to something else
Any suggestions?

X is the hardest platform to grow on

I can easily get 100,000s of views on TT/IG/FB but going viral here is really hard

But you talk to founders, not to general masses
