@ricemarie09 I'm trying to treat it as a metab day, I know why I binged so hopefully I can learn ways to cope in the future that isn't food π I do my weigh in tomorrow for my weekly goals I'm so afraid to look at the scale
I actually sat down and adjusted my cals on the stuff I finished not what was prepped and I'm under 2k which is what I need to lose weight at .5lbs a week. It would have been worse had I gone to McDonald's iibh so I'm trying not to freak out
Ddnt go to McDonald's!!! Did so much worse!!!! Broke a fast 10hrs into it and ate another 1.4k cals on top of my already almost 1k I'm literally gonna gain so hard tomorrow

No one talks about how freeing it is to go from a sedentary lifestyle to an active one, before my relapse I couldn't walk more then 5k steps a day and would eat like 4-6k cals and now that I'm up moving and watching what I eat I feel so FREE
@ricemarie09 Not really! I got 10k steps before I went in from gym time (90min walk) and then I just paced when I could. I do have to help a lot bc I'm a personal shopper and manager but on slow days I get like 2k max if I don't pace
@thinanimegirl I have a small gym at my apartment complex but used to go to a public one, some people can be mean but at planet fitness I never had any issues and even asked staff for great pointers on regimines to follow!!! I feel like my complex one is worse lmfao
