Even though financial wealth is regarded as a viable asset in the world, financial wealth is much more of a liability spiritually speaking, that was why Jesus asked a wealthy man to give away all this wealth to be able to make to heaven.

As christians, we are not called to leave this world as the wealthy with treasures left unused, rather we are called to leave this world better than we met it by spreading our wealth to further the well being of humanity before we die.

Financial wealth is very good as far as life in this world is concern, but understand that it takes you liable to the poor and needy in the world making you God's channel of blessings to them.
