@mdubowitz The blood is on your hands, Mark. You’re one of the leading voices who sold this unwinnable war and you’re responsible for death of these servicemen
You did it all for the interests of a foreign nation too
I think they do, and they don’t like what they see
I don’t believe this can be chalked up to a simple misunderstanding. Ben Shapiro is many things, but he’s not an idiot. Following politics is what he does for a living, and he’s been doing it longer than most.
Ben and others are well aware that JD Vance’s politics are not comparable to Barack Obama’s or Bernie Sanders’. Likewise, those who label JD a “groyper” are fully aware of the differences between Vance and Nick Fuentes. There’s no interview they somehow missed that’s going to suddenly change their minds.
What I see instead is a refusal - by many Israel-supporting Jews and non-Jews alike - to acknowledge the reality that American politics has changed. This is about as pro-Israel a viable candidate as you’re likely to get going forward. The political spectrum has shifted.
The hysteria campaign is a deliberate attempt to pull that spectrum back to where it once was. That requires portraying Vance as far more critical of Israel than he actually is, and perhaps even implying that he’s antisemitic. They’ll pile on his view on economics and other unrelated topics
For many - whether this applies to Ben specifically, I’m not sure, though it’s possible - losing to the Democrats would be an acceptable gamble if it meant restoring the old political order.
Ironically, that mirrors the groyper position: both sides would rather risk empowering their enemies than accept a new Republican consensus that falls short of their ideal.
@BiankaB12@JohnDalyBooks lol what are your schools used for? Target practice for Russian artillery
You ingrates don’t even deserve our scraps. we should strike a deal with Russia to recoup our losses and partition Ukraine.
We’d take your precious metals and minerals and leave you at Russia’s mercy
@khuilonumbers@JohnDalyBooks Couldn’t care less about Ukriane. Ukraine and Russia is the same thing as far as I’m concerned.
They look the same and sound the same
@DuncanKilgore@usmcgruntx@SMills35@JustinUSA And? Does real estate typically appreciate or depreciate in value? Sounds like they got richer
After the fall of the USSR, Russians performed a wealth transfer from the government to the consumers. That’s more economically liberal than much of what we do.
@DuncanKilgore@usmcgruntx@SMills35@JustinUSA You fell for the hoax that Russia is “crumbling” and will fall any minute now.
You also fell for a hoax that taking anything other than pro-Ukraine position is a “Russian propoganda”
