The board flipped again in six hours.A whole hour of GTA VI gameplay, no less.
Most of the subdomains hosting CyberLeek's site are reportedly down. Per community trackers, at least one buyer of CYBERLEEK is out roughly $400K on the crash - the same coin the leaker was plugging under every clip he dropped.
Now CyberLeek is claiming a full hour of GTA VI gameplay lands today, possibly with story spoilers. Nothing about that claim is confirmed.
Rockstar has reportedly paused unrelated work - no RDO news, no GTAO news - to run down the leaker before Aug 27, when Netflix's exclusive window on the official extended look opens. White hats are said to be assisting the effort.
Whether this is one person or a group is still unresolved. The countdown just got a number attached to it.
Everything about GTA VI - https://t.co/K0ldWSAbO0
Rockstar still doesn't know who CyberLeek is. That's not damage control anymore - that's the story.
Per Bloomberg's Jason Schreier, citing sources inside the studio:
Rockstar's own investigation into the leaker's identity has come up empty - the person is still active, still posting
No plans to move the Aug 27 gameplay premiere or change the marketing rollout because of any of this
The leak may undercut Rockstar's own Netflix reveal, which was supposed to be the first time anyone saw this footage
Staff have been called back to the office five days a week specifically to stop leaks like this - it happened anyway
A top exec's internal email to devs: don't let this detract from the work, the leaker doesn't define the game
Meanwhile CyberLeek is reportedly charging 400 XMR - about $163,000 - just to get in contact for "ad placements" and "custom gameplay footage" requests. Not the price. Just the cost of getting him to answer.
Two different pictures of the same week: a studio that still can't find the source of the leak, and a leaker charging six figures for access to it.
The leaks didn't stop. The consequences just started.
Within the same 24 hours: Take-Two subpoenas Microsoft and Discord for records tied to CyberLeek's identity (confirmed by Variety), a GTAForums trace links the token's wallets to KuCoin - an exchange that requires ID verification to use - and CyberLeek's own Telegram channel goes dark.
Variety: Rockstar/Take-Two is seeking Microsoft and Discord data that could identify the leaker - emails, IPs, linked accounts
GTAForums trace: the wallet behind the CyberLeek site, the leak uploads, and $CYBERLEEK all route back to one KuCoin-linked wallet
Same wallet has reportedly pulled $40K-$60K in trading fees off the token, with ~270M tokens (~27% of supply) still parked in a second wallet
Hours after the subpoena news broke, CyberLeek's own Telegram channel went offline
Six days of "this is not a cash grab." One subpoena and one wallet trace in, and the guy who wouldn't shut up about the leaks just went quiet.
NEW GTA VI LEAK
It shows a drive in one of the sports cars
Based on the footage, to now yank an NPC out of the car you have to rapidly mash the O button on the controller

"Leaked" GTA 6 builds are flooding the torrent trackers
Scammers are trying to cash in on players after the news that Cyberleek supposedly has a build
Do NOT - under any circumstances (in case anyone was thinking about it) - download this stuff.
Stick to legit sources only. Every single one of these leaked files is basically a virus, a trojan, a stealer, you name it.
. @grok never answered. Rockstar did - just not with words.
Reports say Rockstar rejected whatever CyberLeek was demanding. Within hours, a new clip dropped: gameplay allegedly running live on PS5.
Neither the demand nor the footage is independently confirmed. But the pattern hasn't broken once in five days - deny nothing, strike everything, let the next clip do the talking.
$CYBERLEEK is still trading off yesterday's pump.
Rockstar won't confirm it. The leaker won't shut up about it. Let's see if the AI settles it.
CyberLeek says the footage is real GTA VI. Rockstar's DMCA takedowns keep saying the same thing without saying it. And somewhere in the middle of all that, CYBERLEEK pumped 5,800% off the same clips.
@grok is the gameplay actually from GTA VI, and is CYBERLEEK a scam token riding it?
GTA 6 - CHANGELOG v2026.8.19
─────────────────────────
[LEAKS]
- 4th gameplay leak this week: map, driving, melee/police combat, night driving through Ambrosia
- Rockstar copyright-striking every clip within hours of it landing - the takedown is the confirmation
[EXPLOIT DETECTED]
> Source: leaker "CyberLeek"
> Used: real GTA VI footage
> Payload: a crypto token, $CYBERLEEK, launched alongside the clips
> Result: market cap +5,800% to $3.46M in under an hour - already back down to $1.5M
> Patch notes from the leaker himself: "this is not a cash grab"
[HOTFIX - Take-Two]
Applied: $100 Ultimate Edition
Side effect: 89% of preorders are the $100 tier, per IGN/Sensor Tower - the normal split across the industry runs 10-20%
[HOTFIX - Physical Media]
Applied: first mainline GTA shipping with no disc - the "physical" edition is a redeemable code in a box
Side effect: preservation lawsuits, and Sony's own decision to stop producing discs entirely, landing the same year
[NOT FIXED THIS PATCH]
Whether the footage insider NateTheHate corroborated is the same build behind all 4 leaks, or just one of them. Still one source's word on that part.
─────────────────────────
Rockstar hasn't shipped a single official word this week. Four leaks, a pump-and-dump token, and a $20 upsell that only works if nobody picks the cheap version did the talking instead.
A NEW GTA VI GAMEPLAY LEAK HAS SURFACED
What the video shows:
- Actual plane flight OUTSIDE OF CUTSCENES
- Incredible views of Vice City
- Insanely long draw distance
- At the end of the video, bullet holes spelling out "LEEK"
Full gameplay: https://t.co/K0ldWSAbO0
So that's what this was actually about.
CyberLeek wasn't leaking GTA VI for the culture. He was leaking it to pump $CYBERLEEK - and for about an hour, it worked.
> Token launched alongside the leak footage, market cap spiked ~5,800% in under an hour to $3.46M
> Already back down to $1.5M - more than half the pump gone before most people even saw the clips
> His own words while the chart was still vertical: "this is not a cash grab"
Every leak this week - the map, the driving, the combat - was marketing for a coin, not a cause.
Another GTA VI leak
This time it shows a police chase and some fist and knife combat. The main character throws down with some homeless guys.

THE GTA 6 VIDEOS TURNED OUT TO BE REAL
The cutscene at the end of the video looks amazing, and Jason's voice matches the real actor's voice perfectly - nothing like AI.
The video also jokes about current topics, like using a VPN, which is also very on-brand for Rockstar.

A THIRD GTA 6 GAMEPLAY LEAK HAS SHOWN UP
Posted by Cyberleek, the same guy who dropped the previous 2 gameplay videos

- More scenes of nighttime driving through Ambrosia
- Hand-to-hand fights using pistols with flashlight attachments

A new batch of GTA 6 gameplay is dropping at 00:00 UTC - and it's already lining up with rumors that came from three separate, unrelated circles over the past few months.
> The leaker confirmed the drop twice - first on X, then with an exact 00:00 UTC timestamp posted inside his own Discord server
> The incoming footage matches details gathered independently over months: a working basketball minigame, smart police running clothing and vehicle ID, a fully functional trunk system - rumors that came from different sources, now converging on one drop
> UPDATE: insider NateTheHate has independently corroborated the footage as legitimate 2025-build material - a separate source confirming it, not just the leaker's own word
> This is the closest a pre-release leak has gotten to matching the entire rumor map at once
---
Nine days out from Rockstar's own official Extended Look, the leaks are arriving right on schedule.
Whatever drops at 00:00 UTC, it's landing on a rumor list that's been building for months - and tonight it gets tested against the real thing.
Tracking it live on the patch_ledger Telegram - https://t.co/qcp00hkS5Z - the footage goes there first.
ROCKSTAR TOOK DOWN MY CONTENT
Which means these clips are genuinely from GTA VI
Let's break down these clips and what we can already learn from them:
- World reaction and AI: NPC behavior looks noticeably more realistic. For example, a regular delivery driver, after crashing into Jason, doesn't try to run - he grabs a wrench from his car and gets into a fight with it
- Character reputation: after a street brawl, a devil icon pops up, which could point to a reputation, karma, or honor system similar to the mechanic from RDR2
- Wanted system: based on what's been shown, the series is bringing back the classic six-star police pursuit meter
- Locations, vehicles, and music: the footage also showed a new island area called Goose Key, a Vapid '70 Ganado muscle car, and "Impact" by SG Lewis playing on the car radio

GTA VI LEAKS ONLINE AGAIN - this time it's the world map
More gameplay footage from GTA VI keeps hitting the internet. The new videos show driving and a bit of combat, and now a map of the game world has surfaced too.
It looks like this is from an early build of the game. Rockstar has already started pulling this stuff off social media, which is itself a pretty good sign it's the real deal.
GTA VI gameplay has leaked online - a video surfaced showing a basketball game near a house.
The video may have been leaked by hackers, but that hasn't been confirmed yet.
More GTA 6 gameplay just leaked - this time showing a car ride.
The leak can now be considered officially confirmed, since some "rights holder" has started taking down the videos across social media.
