@LeShuttle Why on earth would you get everyone to come as planned just to wait in a queue for 9 hours, stranded in a poorly equipped terminal with no food left? My family were supposed to board 7 Hours ago, and still haven't - with absolutely no communication from anyone. Appalling service.
