Honestly, I'm scared every day. Scared it won't work. Scared I'm too late. Scared I'm making the wrong move.
But I put my head down, keep grinding, keep reaching out, keep making connections, keep building, and keep moving forward anyway. Fear doesn't go away. You just learn to not let it make the decisions.

Some days it definitely feels more like survival mode than a second act, but I'm trying to keep my head down, stay grateful, and keep building. If I can come out the other side having built something that creates opportunities for other people too, it'll all be worth it.
