What I've seen the past week actually made me happy.
Cardano FUD was spreading around X, with markets on fire, yet the Cardano community stood strong, fought back, and stuck together.
That's really great to see.
If we can unite in a crisis, let's unite in the good times too and push towards the best future for Cardano.
Cardano has one of the strongest communities in crypto.
Outside of the marketing, the tribalism, and the narratives…
This is one of the most important tools ever built on Cardano.
And that’s exactly why this announcement should make everyone stop and think.
For years, millions of $ADA were distributed from the Cardano treasury to fund “projects” that, at the end of the day, delivered little value, never launched, or remained nothing more than ideas on paper.
Meanwhile, @TapTools built.
They shipped.
They became the platform thousands of us use every single day to research tokens, track ecosystems, monitor liquidity, analyze on-chain activity, and make informed decisions.
Whether you agree with every decision they’ve made or not, the reality is simple:
They created real value.
If the problem is funding, funding can be solved.
What cannot be easily replaced is years of development, infrastructure, data, brand trust, and ecosystem knowledge.
As a community, we need to start rewarding results, not narratives.
Reward builders, not promises. Reward products, not pitch decks. Reward teams that are actually being used every day.
Because if one of the most utilized platforms in Cardano can disappear while millions continue flowing elsewhere, then maybe it’s time to rethink how we allocate resources.
Not based on who tells the best story.
Based on who delivers the most value.
Tap Tools shutting down is not good! When I think of Cardano, I think of TapTools.
Tough to imagine Cardano without TapTools.
TapTools literally can't shut down!
Arsenal are champions, winning the Premier League after Manchester City drop points at Bournemouth with a 1-1 draw. After 22 years, "The Unforgettable" emerges as the Arsenal team to next win the Premier League after "The Invincibles" in 2004.
Jesus Christ was scourged for me…
“Then he released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered Him to be crucified.” - Matthew 27-26
I was just reading that in Roman flogging, they’d use a leather whip which had pieces of bones and metal on the end, designed to rip away at the flesh. Often the flogging itself would kill the person.
I can only think about those moments, when Jesus took on this painful brutality. He also knew He would soon be crucified on the cross to take on Himself all the sins of the world.
And He did it without complaint.
The reality is that in perfect love, the perfect Son of God did this for me and my sins; He did this for my daily fallings and failures. He did this so that I will have eternal life through Him and with Him. What a beautiful Truth!
We can go to this cross and find forgiveness, peace, hope, humility, faith, and eternal life with Jesus Christ.
That what Jesus did for us would not be something to only remember once a year on Good Friday, but every breathing second of our lives.
“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” - Isaiah 53: 5-6
“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” - 2 Corinthians 5:21
