Here's a fun scribbly thing I've animated on and off.
It's the Pizza Rat! 🍕🐀

@qired124 Loved him growing up! I grew up with the model train series. Here’s a Thomas cartoon I made a while back!

For anyone wanting to learn 2D Animation, AMB is the BEST source I can recommend! He breaks things down to the micro level so you can understand how and WHY great animation WORKS! ✏️🔥

[Amberly Ferrule 🐟✨ @MayflyMayDie]

@PatchToons I’ve done AMB and Don Bluth! AMB is perfect for learning how to animate, Don Bluth is more about throwing you into the deep end in a way that made me realize I had NO idea what I was doing lol

[PatchToons @PatchToons]

@TimEJonesQ01 I would say professionals can study from him as well! I do multiple mediums of animation (hand drawn, puppet, a little 3D) and what he teaches applies to all those forms of animation. :)

Sharing my study process when I break down and analyse animation from the masters- The nine old men- In this case Frank Thomas. I have been receiving a few messages requesting the original file that I referenced… I drawn it all from scratch - here’s how! #traditionalanimation

[Tim E Jones @TimEJonesQ01]

@PatchToons I would happily recommend that too. He needs more attention for new beginning hand-drawn animators to come learn these kind of styles.

[PatchToons @PatchToons]

@TimeTravellerOw This was my start! The late Animation Master Williams' book is incredible! ❤️
Richard Williams helps you understand flow & personality in a walk!
AMB's method of teaching walk cycles is to DEEPLY understand the body mechanics of a walk to a nearly anatomical level. 🔥🚶‍♂️‍➡️

My first test animating on a 3D background. I was hoping to get this done sooner for Community Day, but this project needed more time to be finished.

You know what human I miss? Olive Garden guy.

Olive Garden guy dies in Sonic 3, and didn’t even make an Olive Garden joke.

AND there was a great set up for one when they met at the Chao Garden.

I’m gonna miss him bro
