Moreover, we don’t need a sham for an outcome unrelated to placebo. No one questions value of PVI to prevent recurrences or ⬇️ burden

I placed catheter in main PA, but did not see any bipolar EGM from main PA so I did not ablate there. During the case I was reminding of your case.

As background, @ABIMcert is forcing payment of MOC fees related old certification that one may have no intention of maintaining (example: internal medicine if also boarded in cardiology). They refuse to separate MOC fees among different certifications, thus maximizing $. Advice?
