I believe everything you want is decided by your level of consciousness.
Raise it and what felt impossible starts to feel normal.
The first step is becoming a man you respect. That's what this account is about.
Choosing the comfortable option over what you said you would do teaches you that your word means nothing. Do that for years and you stop trusting yourself to follow through on anything that matters to you.
I used to have to force myself to work. Now it's the thing I look forward to when I wake up. The work never changed. I honoured my commitment to show up every single day until it became part of my identity.
All the bullshit excuses and justifications you make to yourself to keep you in your old self sabotaging ways come to light when you raise your consciousness. It's confronting but necessary.
When I started I could only manage 1 to 2 hours of work a day.
Now I do 10 with consistently.
Pick one commitment you can honour every day and never miss it.
Each day becomes evidence that your word can be trusted.
Your capacity grows once your identity catches up.
Motivation is what you need when you don't trust yourself yet.
Keep enough small promises and the work stops being a fight.
It slowly turns into who you are and nobody needs motivation to be themselves.
