I request Amazon to review this case properly, verify the call records, and honor the original commitment by reimbursing the price difference as promised.
As a customer, I made my purchase decision purely based on the assurance provided by Amazon. Denying the reimbursement now, on grounds that were never disclosed earlier, is unacceptable and appears to be an unfair trade practice.
Sharing this in the hope that future guests don’t face what we did, and that serious thought is given to how such situations are handled. This isn’t just about rain, it’s about responsibility.
