How do we know it's fair?
Where's the transparency ?

The 2nd shift students didn't get benefits at all after normalisation it seems!!

They can have same marks but they can't have same percentile...
what NBE has done, they have given same percentile to 100s of students. To percentile dene ka purpose solve kaise hua? (1/2)

@AmitShah I am OBC. We all OBCs know that we are not at all benefitted from reservation and have exactly similar competition as General. So we don't suppose reservation.
