Extremely disappointed with Tata Motors and dealer Key Motors.
Booked my Tata Sierra 2.0 on Dec 2025 with full commitment of timely delivery. Even after months, there is no delivery, no clear timeline, and no accountability.
This kind of careless and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Customers are left chasing updates with zero transparency.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this issue at higher levels and take necessary action.

@TataPlayin@TataPlayBinge I bought Binge+ Android box just a month ago. It keeps interrupting TV channels with ads & switching to Home Screen. I requested downgrade to normal HD box, but you’re asking for extra charges. Why should customers pay again for your faulty service?
@TataPlayin When I will receive updates on this? Your executive is telling you are not able to downgrade and I am not happy with this setup box . So I have only one option leave my money of this this setup box and move to another service provider
