I had received a Demand Draft (DD) from HSBC as a refund for the excess amount. The DD expired, and when I contacted customer care, they instructed me to courier the original DD to their office at 9th–11th Floor, Nesco IT Park.

@HSBC_IN I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service anywhere else. This is extremely disappointing. Despite following your instructions and sending the DD to the address provided, your team is now claiming they never received it. This level of negligence is unacceptable

@HSBC_IN I sent it through courier, and according to the courier tracking, it was delivered on 13th May and received by Mr. Rajesh Sawant.

However, when I contacted customer care again, they said they have not received the DD. If it was delivered and acknowledged by your representative,
