Their families are begging someone to listen.

@MichaelAArouet You have to adjust these numbers because the US printed MASSIVE amounts of money and the comparisons are much closer when accounting for debt

Also the US has the most money with the worst outcomes because people are unhappier and unhealthier

@jonbrooks This is why you need to read books. No one alive knows what happens to real estate prices with a declining population. We are entering uncharted territory where we actually have too much build out for the amount of people we have.
