@DellCares @Flipkart Received a brand-new Dell G15 on 6 July, but it arrived with a hardware defect. The camera doesn't work and diagnostics show "Camera Not Found". A technician visit was scheduled today, but no one called or showed up.disappointing. Need an immediate resolution

Bought a brand new @Dell_IN laptop from @Flipkart on 6th July. Out of the box hardware defect: "Camera Not Found". Raised a ticket, but the technician is a NO-SHOW for 3 days straight (7th, 8th, 9th) without a single call! Is this your premium customer service?
