आज मैंने 13 वर्षों की अविस्मरणीय यात्रा को अपनी इच्छा से विराम देते हुए IAS से त्यागपत्र दे दिया है।

साधारण परिवेश में पलते हुए मैंने एक अच्छे, सफल जीवन का सपना देखा था। दिन-रात एक कर IIT दिल्ली और IIM बैंगलोर से पढ़ने के बाद, लंदन में नौकरी लग गयी। पर 'सब कुछ' पा लेने पर भी कुछ अधूरा था। अपने देश में न होना खलता था। मेरी पढ़ाई, आत्मविश्वास, दुनिया में कहीं भी सिर उठाकर चलने की ताक़त, सब इस मिट्टी का कर्ज़ था मुझ पर। वो कर्ज़ चुकाना था। चाहती थी जिस भारत का सपना देखा था, उसे बनाने वाली ईंट���ं पर मेरे भी हाथों के निशान हों। सो लौट आई, और IAS अधिकारी बनने का सौभाग्य मिला।

बहुत कुछ करने का मौका मिला और बहुत सीखा। देवरिया ने सिखाया कि सही के साथ खड़ा होना विकल्प नहीं, कर्तव्य है। मीरजापुर ने सिखाया कि 'असंभव' कोई तथ्य नहीं, बस एक राय है। और माँ विंध्यवासिनी के चरणों में बैठकर सीखा कि शक्ति किसी पद से नहीं, उनकी कृपा और लोगों के विश्वास से आती है। सबसे बड़ी सीख यह थी कि अपने लिए देखे सपने त��� पूरे हो चुके थे, अब अपने लोगों के लिए देखे सपनों को जीना था। इस जीवन का असली सुकून उन आँखों में दिखा, जिस परिवार को पहली बार ज़मीन का हक़ मिला, जिस दिव्यांग को सम्मान से जीने का अवसर मिला, और जिस किसान के खेत को पानी मिला। उनके संघर्षों में साथ चलते हुए मैंने सीखा कि हर सरकारी फ़ाइल के पीछे एक व्यक्ति है, और उसकी गरिमा बनाये रखना ही न्याय है।

मूर्ख थी जो सोचा था कि कुछ देने आयी हूँ। सच यह है कि सबस��� ज़्यादा मैंने ही पाया, और वो कर्ज़ और भी बढ़ता गया। लोग मेरी ख़ुशी में मुझसे ज़्यादा ख़ुश हुए। उन्होंने मुझे तब भी उसी विश्वास से देखा, जब मैं खुद ही थकी या टूटी थी। और इसी ने आगे बढ़ते रहने की हिम्मत दी। इतना प्यार, इतना सम्मान, इतना अपनापन मिला, कि मेरी झोली पूरी भर गयी। और इसमें उन साथियों, अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों का भी बहुत बड़ा श्रेय है जिन्होंने मेरे कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर काम किया और साथ ��टे रहे।

आज आभार से आँखें नम हैं। बस एक दृश्य इनमें बसा है। लहुरिया दह की पहाड़ी की वो वृद्ध माँ, जो अपने गाँव में पहली बार पानी पहुँचता देख कुछ नहीं बोली, बस काँपते हाथों से मेरा सिर छूकर आशीर्वाद दे गई। पद तो आज छूट गया, पर वह स्पर्श जीवन भर नहीं छूटेगा। और वह सपना भी नहीं छूटेगा, जो देश की इस मिट्टी ने मुझे दिया है।

Did BJP promise end of reservation? Emphatic NO. It should not be called out for this as no political party would do so. But then what exactly was promised by the party for which you should force them to do? Answer is Sub-categorisation.

1990 - Advani ji categorically said during the time of Mandal commission implementation 1990 that the BJP will NOT oppose the Mandal but sub-categorisation must be done and a promise be made that 50% cap will not be breached.

2001 - Rajnath Singh’s govt in Uttar Pradesh instituted Hukum Singh committee to sub-categorise OBC and SC. It was not implemented.

2018 - Yogi Adityanath govt in Uttar Pradesh instituted Raghvendra Kumar Panel to sub-categorise OBC and SC. The report has not seen the light of the day.

2017 - Modi govt instituted Rohini commission. Gave 13 extensions. Report submitted to the govt in 2023. Since then it has not seen the light of the day.

2024 - Supreme Court in Davinder Singh va State of Punjab cleared the constitutional hurdle for sub-categorisation of SC/ST. Except for few states this has not been initiated in several others. And central govt has orally promised not to sub-categorise the SC/ST list.

So, the demand for sub-categorisation is a very valid political demand from a party which has accepted Mandal recommendations on the condition of sub-categorisation and also displayed intention to execute it in last 3 decades.

So, its legitimate to put pressure on BJP to go for sub-categorisation which is an important tool to diffuse caste politics to an extent.

उत्तर: हिन्दुओं का नरसंहार मुगलों के समय में हुआ, बलात्कार हुआ, गाँव जलाए गए। यह 4-500 वर्ष पहले की ही बात है। तो क्या वर्तमान मुसलमानों का, उपरिलिखित तर्क से, नरसंहार उचित हो जाएगा?

इस पर तुरंत भीम वाले पगला जाएँगे कि ऐसे कैसे तुम आरक्षण के डिबेट में लॉजिकल बातें ले आते हो। आज तक ये 5,000 वर्ष का कोई भी प्राइमरी सोर्स ले कर आए नहीं। और उस समय किसने किया, क्या किया, मैं उसका लोड क्यों लेता फिरूँ?

जिन जातियों को आरक्षण से हटाने के लिए 1960 के ही दशक में सिफारिश हुई, वो आज तक टिकी हुई हैं लिस्ट में, सबसे अधिक आरक्षण खा रही है। जिन जातियों को मुगलों के समय में जमींदारी दी गई, वो आज ओबीसी लिस्ट में हैं।

यदि सरकार को लगता है कि ये सारे डॉक्यूमेंट प्रधानमंत्रियों के तकिए की खोली में रखे हो��े हैं, तो वो भूल जाएँ। ये सब सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध आँकड़े और तथ्य हैं।

‘व्हाइट पेपर’ तो लाना ही होगा। नहीं लाओगे तो हम निकलवा लेंगे या ऐसे आँकड़े रख देंगे जो तुम्हें और भी असहज करेगा।

एक बात संघ के लिए भी है: मूर्ख बनाना बंद करो ये सब लीक करवा कर कि ‘UGC पर तो हमें न उगलते बन रहा, न निगलते’। यह ऐसा स्तरहीन तर्क है कि सामने मिले ऐसा आदमी तो पूछूँ कि तुम्हारी बुद्धि घास चरने चली गई?

इसमें ‘उगलन���-निगलना’ क्या है? सीधा वक्तव्य यह दो: “आज के संदर्भ में, जब विश्वविद्यालयों की दीवारों पर सवर्णों के नरसंहार की बातें लिखी जाती हैं, हर सप्ताह कब्र खुदने के नारे लगते हैं, तो यह मानना अनुचित है कि उनको लेकर जातिगत घृणा नहीं है। अतः उन्हें भी इस लिस्ट का हिस्सा होना चाहिए।”

तत्पश्चात्, इसमें एक और बिन्दु जोड़ा जाए: यदि कोई भी शिकायत झूठी निकली, उस पर दोगुना जुर्माना और जेल का दंड होगा।

ऐसा कोई रॉकेट साइंस नहीं है।

मेरे ऊपर SC/ST एक्ट में FIR पर कुछ बातें सवर्ण समाज से

कोई मेरी माँ या बहन पर सीधे बलात्कारी मानसिकता के साथ यह कहे कि उसका विवाह मैं चंद्रशेखर के साथ करा दूँ, और मैं चुप रह जाऊँ तो आप बताइए कि मैं कैसा पुत्र या भाई हूँ?

इतने पर भी चंद्रशेखर को ले कर मैंने कोई जातिसूचक शब्द नहीं बोला, जो उक्त वीडियो में है। जब स्टेज से ब्रा���्मणों की बेटियों को खींचने की बातें होती हैं और किसी SC नेता का चेला सोच-समझ कर उकसाने के लिए ऐसी बात करेगा, तो मैं चुप कैसे रहूँगा?

आज व्यक्ति अपने मौलिक अधिकारों को समझे या न समझे, वह यह अवश्य जानता है कि SC/ST एक्ट क्या है। तो मैं जब बोलता हूँ तो मुझे अपनी सीमाएँ (चाहे वह कितनी ही अनुचित क्यों न हों) पता हैं कि क्या बोलना है, क्या नहीं।

मैं जानता हूँ कि दिल्ली पुलिस के नॉर्थ अवेन्यू स्टेशन में आजा��� समाज पार्टी वालों ने कितना दवाब दे कर रात के बारह बजे यह FIR लिखवाया है जो कोर्ट में दो मिनट नहीं टिकेगा। एक भी धारा ऐसी नहीं है जो होल्ड करेगी।

मैं सैनिक स्कूल का छात्र हूँ और इतनी रैगिंग झेल चुका हूँ कि मेरा मनोबल तोड़ने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस को कस्टडी में मेरी हत्या करनी पड़ेगी, दो-चार डंडों से मेरा मनोबल नहीं टूटने वाला। और यदि मैं जीवित बच गया तो इसी स्थिति में जंतर मंतर जाऊँगा और अपने समाज से कहूँगा कि बताओ, तुम्हारी बहन और माँ को ले कर कोई ऐसी टिप्पणी करे तो क्���ा करोगे?

यदि ऐसा कमेंट फिर मेरे वीडियो पर आया तो मैं पुनः उसी तरीके से उत्तर दूँगा जो मैंने दिया। कानून जब तक है, संशोधन नहीं होता, मैं उसका सम्मान करूँगा और दिल्ली पुलिस के साथ पूर्ण सहयोग करूँगा। 92% ऐसे केस केवल प्रताड़ित करने के लिए होते हैं।

अंत में, सवर्ण समाज से यह पूछना चाहता हूँ कि क्या इस तरह की टिप्पणी पर मुझे सह लेनी चाहिए थी क्योंकि किसी पार्टी के लोग नाराज हो जाएँगे? क्या ब्राह्मणों की माँ और बहनें इन रेप मैंटिलिटी से संचालित गुंडों के शाब्दिक बलात्कार के लिए जन्म लेती हैं?

Dear BJP,

These were your unconditional foot soldiers, the bedrock of your movement. For decades, they carried the flag of Hindutva and stood firmly behind you at the ballot box, asking for little in return except the protection and dignity of the civilization.

They made conscious compromises with reservations and the harsh realities of the Atrocities Act, suppressing their own grievances for what they believed was a grander purpose: the consolidation and unification of Hindu society. But instead of delivering that unity, you fell into the comfortable rut of identity-driven social engineering and competitive appeasement.

The crowd on the streets may number in the thousands, but the resentment is shared by millions. Do not mistake loyalty for subservience, and do not treat your most reliable supporters like disposable political collateral. Listen to them, address their grievances, and afford them the equal dignity they deserve before their alienation becomes permanent.

यही सवर्ण आपको और आपकी पूरी पार्टी को बताएगा कि तुम्हारी अम्बेडकर चालीसा का क्या होने वाला है। सात माह बाद यूजीसी पर थूक कर चाटा, सात महीने से पहले तुम आरक्षण पर चाटोगे।
