this all happening after getting mail of 200000 ada deposit successfull from [email protected], i m ataching the screenshot, it could be because of hard fork updates happening at exchange but still it is funds which can b done munually. i m also attaching downloaded csv file with internal id 341640798.

The ADA is safely sitting in Poloniex's wallet on TXID 09d9aab38e3cf1f13c186cf6b1396e548f0d1fc550b17aaec3b59b58886f2580 , Support claims 'unrecoverable' which is a technical not true. Please escalate ticket # 202608090042434688716873 to a wallet admin.

it could be bcos of frontline support team as exchange does not support these type of deposits, but they can always escalate as transaction has got more than 1.5 lac confirmation and ada is there unspent, i am with poloniex for past 10 years and being verified on platform and the amount is high value, pls escalate to wallet admin.. current ticket no is 202608141547314202302318

Poloniex holds the private keys to this address and has full cryptographic ownership of this UTXO. I am not requesting that technical team support, track, or recover the ADAOZ dust token. I am requesting that a wallet engineer manually interact with the address node to split the UTXO payload, credit the 200,000 ADA to my account balance, and discard/ignore the unsupported dust asset.
