@SamsungIndia No response from Twitter. No response from toll free number. No call backs. Lost complete hope. I think going through the consumer court is the last option left.

@ZoomCarIndia i have not got refund of the tyre i changed during the trip. Moreover no help expect promises were provided. I waited for 3 and half hours on the road coz of no support
@ZoomCarIndia i just called the customer care.. and told them that my car can break down any moment.. because the tyres are gone.. and i cant continue to drive because its unsafe.. they just hung up?
