Chennai’s Cooum, Adyar & Buckingham canal is all set to be cleaned & developed with a larger national vision championed by PM @narendramodi Ji- leveraging waterways for economic growth, cleaner cities and lower logistics costs.
India has witnessed unprecedented focus on inland waterways through projects such as Inland Waterways Authority of India initiatives, National Waterways development, multimodal transport hubs and river-based cargo movement. The goal is simple: move goods more efficiently, reduce transport costs and improve competitiveness.
The Urban Challenge Fund (UCF), announced to support transformative urban infrastructure projects, aims to incentivize cities to undertake ambitious development and modernization initiatives. Chennai's waterways rejuvenation proposal is an example of how cities can leverage such opportunities for long-term urban renewal. Most importantly, this reflects the spirit of cooperative federalism. The Modi Government has consistently supported development projects across states, irrespective of political differences, because nation-building must rise above politics.
Reviving Chennai’s waterways is not just environmental restoration,it is an investment in mobility, resilience, tourism, livelihoods and future growth.

Every organizational change becomes a
BJP's leaders are chosen through its organizational processes, cadre strength, and leadership structure not through suggestions from self-appointed online political coolie.
If you are genuinely interested in giving political advice, perhaps direct it toward those who value your analysis (We the Looters). TNBJP will manage its future just fine without your periodic declarations of crisis.
The party is focused on building its organization. You seem focused on building narratives for Opportunist cop.
PS: Political battles are won by those who build movements on the ground. Some arrive on the field like donkeys dressed as horses, strutting with borrowed confidence—only to be exposed when real weight is tested, lacking the strength, credibility, and organisational backbone of those who truly carry the fight. @DrPraveenwrites
Sharing my thoughts on Shri @narendramodi Ji’s remarkable 4399-day journey as India’s Prime Minister. This milestone isn’t just about numbers or records—it’s about how people-focused, compassionate governance has become the heartbeat of Indian administration over the past 12 years. I invite you to listen to my perspective and share your insights.
@AmitShah Ji, @blsanthosh, @NitinNabin Ji, @MenonArvindBJP Ji, @BJP4India, @BJP4TamilNadu@shaileshkpandey sir.
Propaganda of the next level—perhaps you do not grasp what an implosion truly entails. The departure of Scindia from Congress was an implosion; Vaiko quitting the DMK was another clear example—many such instances exist. Each case involves a leader who dedicated a significant portion of their life to the party and whose leadership shaped a substantial part of its organisational history.
In the current scenario, a person joined the party six years ago, was mentored into leadership, and now chooses to leave because the party upholds democratic decision-making. A few disgruntled members chose to follow him. This is not an implosion; it is at most a failed experiment. What the individual decides to do is his choice, but our party remains united in steadfast support of Hon’ble PM @narendramodi Ji’s vision—commitment to a developed Tamilnadu for a developed India.
Although modest in scope, this is a positive move by @TVKVijayHQ government. Closing 717 out of 4,765 TASMAC outlets still leaves 4,048 active ones—each capable of impacting around 4,900 households from the poor and middle classes.
TASMAC, originally established decades back to regulate and curb the dominance of illegal liquor rackets in Tamil Nadu, has instead become a tool for monopolistic control. Both Dravidian parties have systematically transformed it into a monopoly for liquor sales, serving as a means for political rent-seeking. During the last DMK regime, funding for sub-district level @arivalayam functionaries was often derived from “extra cooling charges' added over the retail prices at these outlets—an estimated ₹4,000 crore annually in black money. With over 27,000 contractual staff employed, TASMAC also provides a significant avenue for the ruling party to deploy ground cadres or favor certain recommendations. With an annual turnover of approximately ₹48,000 crore and a substantial employment base, successive governments have largely been unable to shut down this dehumanizing industry.
Aside from parties like @BJP4India and @ThePMKOfficial, most political entities have not voiced strong opposition. The outlets are linked to destroyed families, increased widows, a heightened government insurance burden, and deteriorating law and order. It remains to be seen whether the new government is truly committed to addressing these issues.

Defeated CM refuses to resign. Frontrunner for the CM’s chair, Suvendu Adhikari’s close aide, is shot dead in a planned hit. If this still doesn’t tell the rest of India what the governance model in West Bengal has been, what will?
It was a true honor to meet and warmly welcome @GbsNagendran avl, the BJP candidate from Ramanathapuram, during his election campaign visit to Rameswaram. First image- A Hindu politician selling sweet lies of sarva dharma vada pao. Only Hindus will be stupid enough to buy this lie.
Second image- a Muslim politician being open and direct in her ummah and maqsad. No selling churan of ‘true spirit of India’ or ‘Muslim love for Hindu’ bullshit. Open call for Muslim unity to oust BJP, because illegal Muslim immigrants were deleted from voting by the EC.
Nothing can be clearer than these two images side-by-side, about how Hindus are fooled into believing the Shariah compliant narrative of Indian secularism.
Unless Hindus stop buying the sweet secularism churan being sold by sold-out politicians, they will face complete obliteration in the near future.
