My airtel broadband is down since monday, i have raised a service request and have called customer care 10 times. Its been 4 days and my issue is not resolved yet. No call backs, nothing.

And just like that the 4th day has passed and i am without internet. I was assigned a technician today who agreed to visit by 3:30 pm. I called him every 30 mins and kept promising - sir i am coming. This kept on till 6:30 and after that he stopping responding.
