Secondly, if these deductions are happening due to system error, it is a grave concern that you are using such scrupulous system. This shows that either your systems are meant to deduct random money on purpose or that you are just cheating your customers openly!
According to your customer care , the deduction was done by error in the system! Seriously, that is unacceptable!! He even informed that the deduction is not automatically reversed unless the customer calls and complains about it. Bottomline, you don’t care about your customers!
