@MilaTheArtsy I can only really chime in from an art POV, but my best advice is to try to find a vibe or storyline you want to convey. Then do everything to summon the maladaptive daydream demon that runs you through the inspo over and over until IT™️ takes over 😅

@sakaimii The more obsessed, excited, and romanticized I am, the easier getting through the "lack of talent" part is. If I like something, and I want to get better, then it's kind of a courtship game to love it more than the pain or frustration of not being good enough yet.

but fr best advice i've seen. blocking out 30-60 minutes to "eat glass" each day really does help get me through the hardest part... and somehow, just by calling it that, makes it all less painful
