@ARoseofjoy He nods again.

"My grand father is the leader of our village, his name is Oda and he's the greatest swordsman our clan has ever seen...

Though he seems to believe I will surpass him before I even reach half of his age.."

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@ARoseofjoy are trained vigorously from a young age in our art of the blade.

Only when we pass our trials do we get to explore the world as the women may."

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@ARoseofjoy A small nod of his head.

"There is truly not much to say about my village... for we are less than twenty.

The women born unto my clan are given freedom to traverse the world under the condition that should they be with child, they are to return where as the sons like myself +

Nobunaga's home village is known as 降雪 (ksetsu) meaning Snow-Fall.

A typical name for a small village in an icy environment.

Nobunaga is actually based off of the Crocodile Skink.

They're very cute animals and they even look a little like dragons.

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@ARoseofjoy "...I am from the village of 降雪... though in your tongue I believe you call it... Snow-fall?.."

It is in a land far to the east.

I took a long boat journey to reach these lands.

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@ARoseofjoy He smiles back, picking up his blade and placing the strap over his head so that it could hand behind his back once more.

"...It's a pleasure to meet you as well.. miss, Amy.. of the rose."

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@ARoseofjoy ...It appears she wanted his name!

He thinks for a moment before responding, standing up on his feet as he does so.

"私の名前は-... Ah-... I mean..

My name is Nobunaga, Nobunaga the skink."

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@ARoseofjoy He seems to be confused for a moment, eyes drifting away only return to having full eye contact with Amy.

He speaks, in an accent inherently not local.

"I.. I'm sorry.. I am not.. upset.

I simply was not expecting your.. being here."

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

The Skink makes his way onto the timeline rather silently.

He sits down on his knees and places his katana and it's sheath in front of him

"..."

It appears like he's... waiting for something.

@Waves_of_Times // Probably pretty good

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

"Maidens in this land certainly are...

More provocative...

I am very... as you might say, not used to it?"

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

// hi OCs

😳

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@WhisperTheWolf_ Shake of his head.

"But you have my thanks for allowing me this mission... though.." he then takes another look at the notice.

"I must admit I do not quite know the location which I must reach... I am still new to this area.

If I may, could you point me on my way?.."

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

Nobunaga's travels had recently brought him to a nice lakeside town.

After arriving in the evening he had toured the area before paying for a room at one of the inns.

He had an ample amount of rings in one of his pouches but eventually he would need more.

Plus part of his +

[𝙽𝚘𝚋𝚞𝚗𝚊𝚐𝚊 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚔 @PatientBlade]

@WhisperTheWolf_ If it weren't for his rather acute sense of hearing he might have missed those ever so titular whispers she quietly let out.

In a soft, calm tone he would answer her, noting her discomfort to himself mentally as he did so.

"The fault is all mine." He would say with a slow +
