1/2 @amazonIN It looks like your Customer support don't have authority to resolve issue besides giving assurances to customer. I ordered bed from amazon and its amazon own solimo brand bed still lying after delivery 1 month passed nobody came for installation.

@WakefitCo pathetic service from delivery. From 3 days asking for availability confirmation but delivery doesn’t happen and next day again order goes to out for delivery. Happening for last 3 days. I won’t recommend wakefit products if you are looking for beds/mattresses.

Irony is I had @heydigit insurance for that flight & respose from @heydigit seems like it would take at least a year to claim insurance. Also support guy right away says you cant claim. This is how our aviation sector is growing. Sitting on peoples money for a month.

My flight from IXL to DEL was cancelled on 25th Sept 2022 due to bad weather. Applied for refund on both @flyspicejet & @YatraOfficial. Now @flyspicejet website shows it already refunded to agent and @YatraOfficial people say they didn't get it.
