@VodafoneGroup I travelled to Malaysia last month, activated intl roaming, got charged ₹3999 but the service never worked. Raised a complaint on return—still had to pay ₹5800 due to delayed resolution. 20 yrs as a loyal customer & this is the treatment? Shameful. #Vodafone

@vfsglobalcare Hello @vfsglobalcare , I wrote to the UKVI, and they replied that “Our records indicate a decision has been made on your application GWF075940146. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone.” Please let me know when the passport will be dispatched.
