Role of association correctly outlined-"It administers common property and exercises statutory functions necessary for governance. But it should always be understood for what it is: a fiduciary acting for apartment owners, not an institution exercising ownership in its own right"
Do you really own your #apartment? Millions of apartment owners don’t fully understand what they legally own—or why it matters.
My latest @DeccanHerald op-ed explores where regulation should end and apartment ownership begin.

At just 800 words, it can only scratch the surface. The devil, as always, lies in the detail.
If you own an apartment—or hope your children will one day—take a look at the draft #KAOMA25 Bill. It could shape your family’s home and property rights for decades.

Stop whining because Meta blocked PM Modi’s content. Every time Meta acts against India’s interests, some influencers cry, “How dare Meta do this?”
How dare Meta? This is Bharat. It is our government. If a foreign technology company oversteps, the answer is not endless outrage on social media - it is to hold it accountable under Indian law and make it respect India’s sovereignty.
History should have taught us this lesson. When the East India Company began tightening its grip on India, too many complained while too few acted. We know where that hesitation led.
Foreign corporations should never be allowed to dictate the terms of engagement in India.
What’s the use of this constant whining? Who is running the govt? @narendramodi is the PM of India! Get a minister with a spine to read @Meta the riot act, don’t bleat on X like sheep! This whining by @BJP4India officials is seriously off putting. Cc @AshwiniVaishnaw@NitinNabin@blsanthosh
@sidhant Greta Thunberg has now discovered India’s education system. The same voices that lecture India on democracy remain conspicuously quiet about far more serious failures closer to home. Selective solidarity remains the preferred form of activism.
I am a free speech advocate but i would urge @AshwiniVaishnaw to amend the IT Rules, make Aadhaar based ID verification necessary for every Social Media app so that if any crime is committed it can be tracked. Also ban apps for kids less than 16 years as France & European Nations have done. Better interception & jamming technologies to counter Bluetooth messaging aap. The NSA & Intelligence agencies should lead an immediate review and suggest such changes @narendramodi
@mkvenu1 trying to project Wangchuk as a lackey of the government. But Wangchuk was till a week ago the voice of the Nation. So you become a lackey or the people's voice on the whim of Venu.
I again request the GoI. As these protests are resolved, India must:
- Ban social media for under 13
- Moderate social media for under 18
- Regulate social media companies
- Mandate a reporting tool under every post to GoI
- Setup a SM/M monitoring & response cell
- Study & research social media trends & Algo
- Take up propaganda on state media with countries
- Take up anti-Indian SM psyops with partners
- Monitor and control "finfluencers" farms
- Start units that can counter the infowar on India
And I hope India is using the current opportunity to study social media operations, organization, and algorithmic warfare of the adversaries on India.
To take the right corrective measures soon, understanding that adversaries and anti-india cabal have infiltrated SM companies with insiders.
So simple ad-hoc solutions like MPs, or even cyber armies, posting our narrative on Insta now is going to solve little, as algorithm will still suppress one side and amplify the other.
@PMOIndia@HMOIndia@narendramodi@AmitShah@MIB_India@AshwiniVaishnaw@MEAIndia@DrSJaishankar@FinMinIndia@nsitharaman@KirenRijiju
YouTube and Insta should be blocked until they comply with the rules of the country.
@MIB_India and @AshwiniVaishnaw should invest in building our own eco-system of SM platforms, just like China, and ban these anti-India and anti-Hindu platforms.

"I was offered money to support CJP and Jantar Mantar Protest.
They even offered me Flight tickets to Jantar Mantar. I was asked to post reels.
Many other creators received similar offers too.
I refused. Students should be supported genuinely. It is not a MARKETING opportunity"
Foreign Funding is indeed there. Those who study geopolitics know the reality how coloured revolution are engineered ! Its just that most normies dont have the bandwith to decode it. The intelligence agencies will do what is right. And in background action is being taken on these networks, social media bypass and servers as we speak !
The Government of India is the government of a sovereign, democratic republic and it is well within its rights to take down this kind of software which helps lawbreakers and anti-social elements.
Go try your stateless experiments elsewhere, India and Indians are not your sandbox or your guinea pigs.
General Category students are getting lathi-charged for "fair education system," but not fighting against the biggest unfair system - RESERVATION !
This is your biggest opportunity. Don't waste it!
For all problems India facing today media is responsible.Even in FACRA Amendment they are afraid to attack Foreign NGOs .Without bothering to take a pragmatic stand they blindly side with andolan jeevis lead by Rahul Gandhi who is eager to drink power
NOTE: THIS IS MY PERSONAL NOTE, NOTHING TO DO WITH RSS
In the melee of #CockroachProtests we have not noticed the spectacular failure #BJP media team including ITCell. Total inability to create a narrative to counter hateful well crafted narrative of Left Ecosystem. They didn’t go beyond memes or whataboutry.
Their attention seems to be more on stalking well-wishers who, on some occasions, also criticize BJP honestly & positively, and threatening or abusing them. Harshvardhan ji @MediaHarshVT knows this just like me.
That #Modi ji had to put in his all to retrieve the situation, even make a reel at midnight reflects poorly on BJP communication. My heart breaks. Hence this bitter post.
BJP Media seems to have no connect with the ground, no feedback mechanism obviously, and did not understand youth anger built over months, not just on NEET. NEET was the straw on their back.
People like me speak from field experience, not excel sheets or ppts. My criticism 2024 served BJP wonderfully well.
Yes, I will keep struggling for success of nationalist forces, support BJP but speak up where required. For people like me Nation comes first.
They can shadow me, threaten me or take ‘revenge - sood ke saath’ as a new age leader warned me. :-) I belong to a generation who expected nothing but soldiered on for decades before these horizontally grafted leaders were even on the scene.
