@ZeptoNow Looks like you’ve now started resorting to fraud as well. If you can’t deliver orders properly, stop taking them. Products are missing, chocolates arrived completely melted, and this is the response from your support team. Absolutely shameful.

Hey @Airtel_Presence , trying to add IPTV for almost a month. Raised mult reqs, but they keep getting can with fake promises of resolution in 4 hrs. Half of ur CC says unbundling is needed, others say it’s not. No clue why the process is so complex. Concl: u don’t need customers.

@AmazonHelp Why should I waste my time with your support team? Your del team has failed every single time and all your support does is apologize.
The way you charge conveyance fees, marketplace fees and ither fees, same way you should compensate the customer the moment you fail to del.
@AmazonHelp What action will be taken when ETAs are missed & wrong statuses like “cust not avail” are marked? Switched to COD despite extra charges, but now del agents mark “payment not ready” instead of attempting delivery. What’s the accountability?
@BlueDartCares When you mark an order as “Out for Delivery”, cust are expected to wait the entire day since there is no way to contact your del agents. Then you send an email saying the del is delayed. How can something already marked “Out for Delivery” suddenly be delayed?
