@OnVegasTime @erichhartmann Kinda. In Illinois it is illegal to not rent to section 8. But, S8 has strict rules about the housing itself. If someone calls and inquires about section 8, LL simply say “I just started the process. Working on compliance” All new housing WILL be compliant.

@HDMonty2 If you are planting annuals you don’t necessarily have to follow the recommended spacing . You can crowd them a bit. Just make sure there is airflow between the plants.
