Each and every pro I have met does it differently and with experience you work out what is best for you to prepare for performing at the highest level.
Just to clarify, if lifestyle, lack of recovery or analysis affects performance then I agree with dropping a player. Everyone prepares differently and if they are performing well then personal preference in building up for a game should not affect selection.
@LainesGroup@DCR101 No, the boss still creates gameplan, sets training and schedules your working day. Break any of the above and your not working as part of your team. Out with working hours time is your own, that can look like many forms from recovery, family time, going out or extra analysis.
A fine reminder that everyone works in different ways. People deal with pressure/stress differently. Being able to release from rugby is important to Finn. Credit to him for sticking to his guns. A team made up of 15 identical characters doesn't work. Individuality is key!
Not going to lie. Hands down one of the best and tearful experiences I've ever done in my life. Handing presents to some of the bravest children I've ever seen. ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ what a great job @whiteleysayr are doing, making a difference.@Flairboards1#spreadtheword
