Deleted the first video because I didn’t like how I looked. Then I told myself that I was deadlifting 30kilos easily because of how strong I’ve become.
My body is strong. Period. That’s what matters.

I had an anxiety attack before my training sesh even began at the gym, so I told my trainer that I needed to go home. He made sure that I was ok to ride my bike and when I got home I saw his chat telling me to inform him once I’m home.

Shoulder and biceps day.
Feeling defeated because I didn’t close my fitness circle even though I was able to finish my workout.
Anywayyyy, I still finished strong soooo this day counts.
I sprained my back this Monday :( I did a 110 lbs barbell squats and on my last rep, I felt my back “tck”. So now, I’m currently taking a long rest from lifting.
Lesson learned:
