@SkyHelpTeam Then I’ll be leaving you for a supplier that does offer cover for next time. Not received an apology yet, and only compensation you have offered for YOUR mistake is the statutory minimum requirement!

@SkyHelpTeam Yep, many times over the last 3 weeks, they said it was a fault with Lewisham telephone exchange, but turns out I’m not even connected to that one... it’s a damaged wire on our street, been that all along, but has only JUST been flagged to open reach. Send me a dongle!!
