I have learnt from my virtual mentors like Sal Khan (Khan Academy), Mark Cuban, Ray Dalio, Ratan Tata, Bill Gates etc.

Have they personally mentored me? No.
But, all their ideas are in the open.
And, for now, I am happy absorbing those.

Improve your quality of thinking, your life/career will improve.

And, you don't need a mentor for that.
